Holly's Yummy Panacakes - It took me about 6 different homemade panacake recipes before I came up with one. Trial and error. This is my own.
1 C Flour
1 C Flavor Panacake (everyone loves pumpkin)
2 TBSP Sugar
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 Egg slightly beaten
1 C Milk (I use skim)
3 TBSP melted Butter
Mix dry ingredients
Mix liquid Ingredients add to dry
you mave to add more flour. I dont add the flavor because it makes them to strong tasting.

Dumplings - This was given to me by my sister Theresa O. All my family likes these!!

Parsley Flakes (optional)
Mix all ingredients. add more flour if needed.
I drop by a little less then a tablespoon directly either in to my stews, chicken or I make them by dropping
into boiled water salted.

Homemade Turkey Gravy
1 tbsp Flour +1 tbsp Fat for every 1 Cup of stock/drippings
Medium heat make a paste with the flour fat mixture.
slowly add in the stock/drippings mixing quickly. make sure there are no
lumps.continue stirring while bringing to a boil and then simmer until thick.
Add salt and pepper to taste

Blueberry Jam - I make this with different berries. I use strawberries or blackberries instead. I used half raspberries and half blackberries on my last batch.
2 C Blueberries - washed
2 C sugar
1/4 C water
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
In sauce Pan over Med. Heat cook berries and water until tender (5 mins.)
Reduce heat to low add sugar and cinnamon. Simmer mixture. stir continously until jelly is thick (15-20 mins)
this will thicken in your jelly jars in the refrigerator.

Double Decker Fudge - I made this at one of our get togethers and it all went within two hours. I had to hide some my hubby George!
1 tsp. butter
1 C Peanut Butter Chips
1 Can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk, Divided
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract, Divided
1 C semisweet Chocolate Chips
Line a 8" square pan with foil. spray or butter foil.
In microwave-safe bowl combine Peanut Butter chips and 2/3 C of milk, on high for 1 min.
stir if needed microwave additional 15 second intervals. stir until smooth, add 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla Extract. Pour in pan refrigerate for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, In microwave-safe bowl combine Chocolate chips and 2/3 C of milk,(rest in can)
on high for 1 min. stir if needed microwave additional 15 second intervals. stir until smooth, add 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla Extract. Pour over Peanut Butter layer.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Using foil, remove fudge from pan. Cut into 1" squares.
